These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the superph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the superph website and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users, including registered account holders and visitors.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on superph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

superph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, superph will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and use the superph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations governing online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of superph or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game suppliers.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the superph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any list maintained by PAGCOR or any other relevant regulatory authority.

superph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the superph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your superph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. superph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify superph immediately via our support channels. superph may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.

• Accounts must be registered using your own personal details — not those of another person.
• superph reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
• Accounts registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.
• superph does not permit the transfer, sale, or assignment of accounts between individuals.

All financial transactions on the superph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). superph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are generally credited to your superph account balance in real time, subject to the processing times of your chosen payment provider. superph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. superph reserves the right to request supporting KYC documents before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but superph endeavours to process approved requests promptly.

• Funds deposited into your superph account may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name.
• superph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering activity has commenced on those funds.
• superph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

superph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all superph promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: superph employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. superph reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. superph reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All games available on the superph Platform — including slots, live casino tables, bingo, joker poker, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

superph is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. All random number generator (RNG) based games use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed will be refunded to your account balance.
• superph's records of game outcomes and transaction logs shall be the definitive record in the event of any dispute.
• Displayed odds and payout rates are subject to change. Current rates are always displayed within the relevant game or betting market.
• superph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a pricing error has occurred, provided that the error is identified and corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the superph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, baccarat, or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to superph immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the superph Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the superph Platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing superph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

All content on the superph Platform — including but not limited to the superph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of superph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any superph content without prior written authorisation.
• Use the superph brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any superph content or game assets.
• Frame or mirror any part of the superph Platform on any other website or platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, superph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the superph Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, superph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorised access to your account.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages, or events beyond superph's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional details.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions or payment providers.
• Any gambling losses incurred through your use of the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you accept full responsibility for all wagers placed on your account.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit superph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

superph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

superph implements industry-standard security measures — including SSL/TLS encryption, two-factor authentication, and access controls — to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and superph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

superph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

superph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered superph players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the superph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

To activate any of these tools, please contact superph support or visit your account settings. If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help. Support resources are available in the Philippines through relevant health and welfare organisations.

superph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, superph reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

You may close your superph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

superph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page, with the "Last Updated" date revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or obligations — superph will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the superph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the superph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

superph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
